Afternoon my loves,
The day after the NBCF event, we were lucky enough to be given a private tour of the Domaine Chandon winery. WOW! What an awesome experience! We were able to see the entire production phase and watch as the bottles got filled, topped off, and packaged! At the end of the tour, we sat in a beautiful garden and had our very own wine tasting. The bubbly wines were all so delicious — my favorite was a special edition bubbly red wine that is only available during the holidays!
For all of my champagne and bubbly wine lovers, I learned that the bigger the bubbles in the drink, the bigger hangover you will have the next day!! Just a few words from the wise to pass on! xoxo, Whit
