Hey guys,
I still cannot believe that my Fashion Show has come and gone! I thought it would be fun to give you a peak into the inspiration that went into the decision making when choosing the final hair, makeup, and nails looks! I worked with Eva for hair, Makeup Forever for makeup, and Zoya for nails! Together we were able to create my ideal Fall 2012 look for the Whitney Eve girl! 

Hair
Fun , playful, flirty, frizzy! I always love a good ponytail but wanted to do it with a bit of edge and texture. We utilized our our cool Whitney eve bobble on all of the models, which is a funky little hair tie — you’ll get a closer look when you click through the gallery.

Makeup
For the makeup look, we went with a dewey bronzed eye (really Into glossy eyelids these days) and very natural foundation — I didn’t want much contouring, just wanted really beautiful, clean skin. As for the lips, I wanted a nice pop of color! We went with a brighter play off of the burnt orange color in the collection.

Nails
I wanted to mirror an opalescent idea. The base color we used was called Kristen and it was a soft blue cream, and then we topped it with Maisie, a nice bluish green shimmer (head over to zoya.com for a closer look). I like to call the color combo Icy Opal.
