I just wanted to share a few cute pics from my weekend in Chicago. I absolutely loved it there! I’ll always have a soft spot for the Midwest.
We arrived on Friday and checked in to our hotel — the Elysian. It was one of the most beautiful hotels I had ever stayed in. That night we had the pleasure of dining at Table 52 — Chef Art Smith’s restaurant. It was amazing!!! The goat cheese biscuits and pecan pie were to die for! The next day we walked to the lake, went to the Museum of Contemporary Art and then Jadey and I went to start getting ready for the the event I was hosting. The event was called Design Your Life and it was basically a fun shopping experience with a little informal chat with me from a DJ booth (so funny) as well as a book signing. It took place in a really cool lounge and I had a blast. I had never been involved in anything like it. That night we went on a triple date to the Paris Club for dinner followed by Studio Paris for a night of dancing.
All in all it was an awesome trip filled with such wonderful people, both old and and new friends. xoxo, Whit
