My Latest Workout Obsession
Hey guys,
It’s always nice when I come back to LA after traveling because I’m able to get back into my routine of going to the gym. Well I recently discovered the Gatorade G2 low-cal drinks and it has quickly become an essential part of that routine. I drink it as soon as I’m done with my workout — gotta restore those electrolytes! I’ve ranked my top flavors and they are as follows:
1. Orange
2. Lemon-Lime
3. Fruit Punch

My Favorite Workout Gear!
You guys,
I have always loved being active but it wasn’t until recently that I really felt what working out does for my body — not only physically but just as much mentally. I have even noticed that the majority of my time is now spent in workout gear. It is hard enough getting to the gym, let alone having to stare at yourself in the mirror for an hour, so I made a personal resolution to take pride in what I wear to workout. I have hit up numerous stores in LA to spice up and build my fitness wardrobe. I have hit Target for their Champion sports bras and peds, FrontRunners for my cool Nike kicks, Lululemon for spandex shorts and leggings, and the Under Armour website for their soft tees. These are just a few of my favorites so I thought I would share with you all!
