Family Pride at USC
This past Saturday my family and I attended my father’s 40 Year Reunion with his 1972 USC National Championship Winning Baseball Team for which he was the Team Captain of. Baseball was my dad’s second true love, my mom obviously his first. He was able to reconnect with old teammates, reminisce about old memories and revel in what were once the glory days. It was so amazing to watch this all and be there to support him catch the first pitch of the USC vs. Arizona game. It is such a crazy thought to think about my father as a 20 year old let alone an awesome athlete! I know where I get my competitive spirit from!

Speaking at My Alma Mater
Hi my sweets,
On Tuesday night I had the privilege of speaking in front of a group of students at USC, a place that is very near and dear to my heart. Not only did I attend USC, but my dad, my brother Ryan, my sister Ashley and a number of my other family members went there as well, so it’s always been a part of my life. It was so surreal standing at the front of a lecture hall that I myself had once sat in as a student. It was just a very unique and special experience for me.

To all of my tootsies at USC,
Tonight I’ll be speaking for an hour beginning at 8:30 at Taper Hall. Never thought that one day I would be the one giving a lecture. Wow! So excited to visit my alma mater!
