Today marks the fourth day of Hanukkah, and one of my favorite things to make during the holiday are latkes. Traditionally made of potatoes, flour and eggs, latkes are simple to make and can be easily dressed up with many different ingredients. I might experiment this year, though, with some of these newer takes on latkes below. Which one will you try?

One of my New Year’s Resolutions was to cook more. Well, I know we are a few months into the year, but better late than never, right? My parents had a BBQ yesterday for the Lakers playoff game, so I decided I wanted to make a few things! The hit of the party was the Sweet Onion Casserole I made.
