The Movember movement and charity is close to my heart, as it raises money for prostate cancer and men’s health research. It’s awesome how they get the community involved and how empowered men become by growing their mustaches! There are only a few days left in November, so guys, keep growing.

We went to visit the Movember and Sons headquarters and saw how amazing their team is and how great their goal is. Take a look at our pics from the day!

If things seem to be getting hairier this November, you’re not imagining things— it’s Movember! Movember is the movement across America in which men grow out their facial hair for the entire month in an effort to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues. By sporting mustaches, guys express support for one another in this initiative for more attention in areas of testicular and prostate cancer research.

To all the guys, if you need some motivation, take a look through this gallery!

I thought to myself, this can’t just be a coincidence, this is a planned “look” and I had to know what was up. I approached them and asked what the deal was! Little did I know (admittedly ignorant) that this sudden sprout of temporary hair was for an amazing cause — Movember.  (more…)
