I’m leaving for Missouri today and to get myself pumped up I’m posting this final batch of pics from last summer. Apparently there’s a crazy heat wave going on and it’s ridiculously hot but I don’t even care. So by now you must all think that my family is crazy. Haha we sorta are. We have so much fun when we are together and so even just a trip to the market or to dinner becomes some wild and crazy adventure. Speaking of one of our fun and crazy outings… Last summer in Missouri we were at Walmart really late at night and decided to have a little fun and play on one of their electric scooter carts. Obviously, everyone wanted to take a spin so we took turns and scooted our way around the store. I can’t wait to see what silly things we get ourselves into this summer!

One of the things I look forward to most when I go to Missouri is Randy’s Frozen Custard. Although they are famous for their “Ozark Turtle” my favorite is a Concrete. It is sorta like a Mcflurry or Blizzard. I can’t even explain how good Randy’s is!!!! My family used to get dry ice and have them ship it to us in LA! That’s how good it is! Haha. They have soooo many mix-in options. A few summers ago they added waffle cone pieces to the list and that just really tops it off! If you ever come to Lake of the Ozarks, this is a MUST!!! I can’t wait to get to Missouri and indulge in a concrete!!

Hi guys,
My family has been going to a small lake town in Missouri ever since I was 2-years-old. Everyone clears their schedule and makes times for a family vacation. Unfortunately this year Ryan can’t come, but we are still hoping he will meet us there half way in. Everyone always asks us “Why do you vacation in Missouri? You live in LA, what could you possibly want to do there?” But to me, our trips to Missouri are some of the best vacations I’ve ever had. We go out on the boat all day, swim, go on the waverunner, and ride Big Mable. And at night we mini golf, go-kart, see movies, and hang. Hitting the local ice cream spot is a must each and every night!!! Not to mention the countless amount of hours we spend in Wal-Mart throughout the trip!
