I just wanted to fill you in on an upcoming event in support of a wonderful cause very near and dear to my heart. FACE Africa is hosting its 3rd Annual Clean Water Benefit Gala on United Nations World Water Day, Thursday March 22, at the St. Regis New York. The Black-tie event will include a Champagne Reception, Art Auction, Dinner and Dancing to raise funds for clean water projects in Liberia.   (more…)

Hi loves,
You may or may not know that a little over a year ago I took a trip to Liberia with my dad and sister to work with FACE Africa. As you can imagine, the four days there left quite the impression on all of us. Of course you hear about the conditions in Africa every day and read about it in the news, but actually seeing it with your very own eyes really makes you connect to it. I wanted to share with you the FACE Africa newsletter and fill you in on what the organization is currently working on. I am so proud of the FA team and am truly honored to be working with them. I cannot wait for our upcoming project at the Help the Children Orphanage to be complete.

Hi lovies,
I just wanted to share these photos that I saw on FACE Africa’s Facebook page from the recently completed water, sanitation and hygiene project in Joezohn Liberia. FACE Africa rehabilitated a well, installed a hand pump and built two communal latrines. They also conducted hygiene training sessions. So amazing! Thank you to everyone who supported this project.
