My ‘City’ Recap

Hi my lovely City Fans!!!
Soooooo, last night’s episode was a little difficult to watch but knowing that constructive criticism is a part of the process has gotten me through… While it is hard to take blows from people whose opinions are so respected in the fashion world- I continue to tell myself that I am still at the beginning stages of my career and have tons to learn! Actually, we should never stop learning the rest of our lives. Since my meeting I have taken many steps to achieve that “cohesive” line Joe and Anne speak of and become the designer I know I can be.

In terms of Olivia, welllllll, she is just Olivia.  I don’t even quite know what to say… O would apologize for her but it doesn’t really seem like she is aware of her actions and how they affect everyone around her. All I can say is I feel sorry for Erin for having to deal with her… I guess we all pay our dues!

until next time…

xoxo,
Whit

Don’t Miss ‘The City’ Tonight!

Hi guys,
A brand new episode of The City is on tonight and I can’t wait for you all to see it. As you may have seen in the previews I have a big meeting where I show my Fall 2010 collection to Joe Zee and Anne Slowey. Olivia also gets in major trouble again so it’s really fun to watch her! Tune in to MTV tonight at 10:30/9:30c.

New Yorkers for Children Spring Dinner
Dance

Hi loves,

I usually spend my weeknights at home, unwinding and catching up on all my recorded shows, but last night Joe Zee invited me to attend a black tie affair with him. Of course, I said yes! I immediately called anyone and everyone I knew to help get me black tie ready! Here are some pics of me getting ready and at the 7th Annual New Yorkers for Children Spring Dinner Dance.
I wore this amazingly beautiful Catherine Dean dress, Casadei shoes, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, and Kimberly McDonald jewels!
