I Have My Own Personal Top Chef!

After a long work day yesterday, Paigey and I decided that we were going to make dinner. Although it turned out that she cooked the entire meal and I just picked up frozen yogurt for dessert. She made sautéed shrimp, steamed artichoke, pasta (for Jadey, since she eats like a 5-year-old) and cous cous with garlic and green onions. It’s always nice to sit at the table and eat with your loved ones. It gives us a chance to chat about our day as opposed to just plopping ourselves in front of the TV… which we did afterwards haha. I love sister dinners!

Whitney Port Hosts Viewing Party for The Bachelor

You all know what last night was!!!! The weekly Bachelor Party night at my parents!!! I helped make this delicious cheese plate and got so full from snacking that I could barely enjoy the yummy dinner my mama made– ribs, twice baked potatoes and chopped salads! I don’t know about you all, but I thought last night’s episode was crazyyyy! Was it just my viewing party, or does everyone else agree that the girls totally overreacted to Shawntel N showing up?!?!? I remember Shawntel being the nicest girl on Brad’s season! Anyways, there goes my Bachelor rant! xoxo, Whit

For the Foodie in Your Life!

Ferren Adria's Cookbook, The Family Meal

Whether you are a girl or a boy, I think everyone will have fun with this! The people over at Trend Central filled me in on this awesome cookbook that will turn your kitchen into a chemistry room! After seeing Richard Blais whip out that liquid nitrogen on numerous occasions, it is finally time to try something similar at home! Ferren Adria’s cookbook, The Family Meal, is a perfect buy for this. xoxo, Whit
