Runway shows are all about a beautiful presentation of fresh design and fashion. What everyone sees is the final product, but what people don’t usually know is everything that goes on behind the scenes to make it happen. In the days leading up to the Whitney Eve Spring 2013 show, we were super busy with model castings, fittings, selecting the music and creating the full looks. I really love every step of the process, even though it can be a little stressful getting everything together. No matter how many nights of sleep I miss getting ready for fashion week, the final outcome is always worth it.
