On Saturday night all of our family and friends went out for a second celebration for Paige’s 24th. We decided to plan a little bar crawl in Santa Monica but since we were so last minute about it, we ended up without a theme, so we settled for face paint and glow sticks. Definitely made the pics from the night a lot more interesting! My parents of course made an appearance — a Port kid birthday celebration wouldn’t have been complete without them :)

Hi my sweets! Last night we all went out to celebrate Paige’s 24th birthday, and if you know Paige, you know that means she chose a mexican restaurant for dinner! Her favorite place, Don Antonio’s was having $1 taco night which would have been way too crowded, so we went to El Compadre in Hollywood instead!. It was me, Jade, Ash, Evan, Ry, Denise and a bunch of Paigey’s friends — with all of the people and massive balloons in attendance, I’d say we took up about half the restaurant. We all pretty much overdosed on chips, guac and salsa before they even brought our food out, and then continued with ice cream cake (Paige’s favorite) and cupcakes. 12 hours later, I’m still full.

Happy, happy, happy birthday!!! Though your day this year falls on a tough moment in the family, I want you to know how much you deserve the celebration! Regardless of being my sister and sharing such a bond, you are always the light and the force that guides me through and makes me feel like everything is going to be alright. Your loyalty, humor and sweet sweet soul are only three of the infinite qualities I love soooo much about you. Thank you for always hearing me out even when you want to slap me, thank you for pushing me to be the best I can be and thank you for being that backbone when mine is a little weak to support. I love you so so so dearly.
