Welcome back guest blogger, my brother-in-law Evan!!!!

Day 5: Malaga, Spain

After a lengthy sleep of 10 hours (most for the trip) we woke up and it was studio time immediately. DQ and I really felt the pressure to deliver the best song of the trip today. We did! We tweaked the song from the day before and then wrote what David called “A Monster”! We are so stoked! He said it was the best song of the trip and was really impressed since he loves most of the others.We wrote and tweaked the song then explored the property during sunset before going back to write til around 11pm. This hotel is incredible. Its like a Spanish castle or palace right on the Sea. The views are breathtaking! We all reconvened at an incredible dinner at midnight at the hotel at Don Giovanni w David, Fred, JG and JG’s friend. Day 3: San Sebastian to Dusseldorf, Germany (DETOUR: to Brussels, Belgium)

Day 3 started at 3pm. Wow I am so tired! It took me a while but I packed up, ate a bite and headed to David’s suite to write. We tooled through several tracks but nothing really stuck before it was time to rush off to the airport. We got the airport ready and hyped for Love Parade and the million plus people waiting for David! BREAKING NEWS: Massive riots and people injured and dead at Love Parade!!! (more…)

Please welcome back this week’s guest blogger, my very talented brother-in-law Evan “Kidd” Bogart!

Day 2 Ibiza and San Sebastian:

After reluctantly waking up at 3pm we got a bite to eat at the marina in Ibiza and made our way back to the Guetta compound. We decided to grab an hour in the studio before our flight to San Sebastian. We knocked one out of the park — David and Cathy were so excited by the song! We jumped in a caravan and sped off to the airport to catch the last private flight opening out of Ibiza. On the plane David pulled up his mobile studio with his longtime smash hitmaking counterpart Fred. DQ and I got right to work slaying a new track and almost finished it by the time we landed in San Sebastian an hour later. (more…)

Hi lovebugs,
I hope you all had a fun and relaxing July 4th weekend, I sure did! It has been so nice to be home in LA with my friends and family. I usually go to Newport for the holiday but this year I spent it with my family. We BBQed, swam and of course enjoyed an amazing fireworks show. Here are some pics of my day and night with the fam.
