Since the launch of my site I’ve posted a lot of pics from my childhood and you guys always seem to enjoy them so I thought it would be fun to choose my all time favorites and put them into one gallery. I personally think I was pretty cute in most of the pics, but my grandma actually always used to say I was the ugly duckling of the Port kidsand she hoped I would grow out of it! Well I guess I can see where she was coming from when I look at this pic. I’m not sure which is worse here, my outfit, my hair, or the fact that I was wearing this to a semi-formal. YIKES! What was I thinking?! It looks like I have a bunch of snakes coming out of my head! I wonder what shoes I was wearing…maybe they really pulled the whole look together… I’m thinking definitely not haha! I pretty much owned the braces awkward phase.

Hi guys!

I cannot believe it is Mother’s Day and I am not in LA with my family. Actually I can’t believe it is Mother’s Day and my Dad’s birthday and I am not there! Anyways, I know a lot of people share the same feeling as me and cannot be with their families today. I wish all you mothers the most wonderful day today. It is not easy being a mom and I know how hard each of you work on a day to day basis to keep your families going. You are the glue that keeps everything together!

Mom, I honestly don’t know what I would do without you. Being in NY the past few years has been so hard but my phone calls, emails and BBMs all day long make the distance not seem so far. You have raised all of us Port kids to be strong, independent, respectful and hard working. You and dad really are the best! I love you so much and I hope you have a beautiful day. I love you!

Hi loves,
Now that most of my siblings are out of the house, my mom has decided to do a major organizational clean up. Last night when I spoke to her she was so excited because she had just found bags and bags of all of my siblings’ and my clothes from when we were little kids. She said no wonder why we all love bright colors so much — because she always dressed us in colorful and fun prints. Here are some pics of me in some of my old frocks!

I Used to be Anti-Walking!!

Hi guys,
So I was on the phone with my mom and sister yesterday and while we were talking they saw a little girl in a stroller who was clearly way too old for it! This immediately reminded us all of when I was a younger.  My mom said that I used to hate to walk and so I would sit on Paige’s lap while she was being pushed in the stroller! Hahaha, sorry Paige! It’s funny to think about because now I love to walk.  No matter where or when you can always find me walking the streets in LA and NY.

Look at how funny this picture is of me in this stroller-cart! I guess I was too busy eating my chocolate bar to even think about walking!
