Hi friends,
On Saturday night a bunch of us went out for my best friend Andrea’s 27th birthday — we kicked off the night with dinner at Hama Sushi and then moved the party over to a really fun speakeasy type bar called Oldfield’s. It is crazy to think that after all these years Andrea and I are back in LA together! Our parents are so happy.

As we are around the same age, I know the trials and tribulations but also the fun and carefree-ness this time in our lives can bring about!!! It’s a stage of much decision-making. Happy happy happy Birthday! I am beyond sad I cannot be there to ring in the 22nd year of you being alive but please know and feel that I am there in spirit!
I am beyond proud of the wise woman you have morphed into and the empowered voice you instill upon me every day. Through all of the crap I ramble about constantly to you everyday, you always have a calm and quite perfect answer. I don’t know how you are so smart at such a young age, but your mind continues to amaze me. Even when you said yesterday you wished you could be as “soulful” as Adele, I was stunned.
