Happy Earth day everyone!  It’s SO nice to have a whole day to reflect on how beautiful our planet is!  We often take advantage of our pleasant surroundings, but today you guys should all get outside and enjoy the fresh air and the sunshine.  Walk your dog a few extra times, make some lemonade, roll down the windows, eat lunch outside: all of these activities will totally brighten your mood!

It’s easy to forget the benefits of getting at LEAST 20 minutes of sunlight everyday.  Vitamin D people!  Don’t forget to be mindful of our resources too. Conserve and do your part to keep the air clean by taking small measures such as recycling, walking or riding your bike, and watching your water usage.
