14 Days of Fashion: Day 13

Hi my dearies!
This look was one of my favorites partly because of the amazing jewels I was lent to wear from Fred Leighton. I attended the VH1 Divas Event and got to present an award with my dear friend Lauren. I loooooove lace and I thought this La Perla dress exhibited a slight optical illusion. The jeweled sleeve and gathered shoulder provide such beautiful detailing to the dress. Once again I wore Giuseppe Zanotti shoes to top it off and felt so elegant!!

14 Days of Fashion: Day 12

Hey loves!
I wore this to the Lauren Conrad Collection Debut for Kohls in Los Angeles. It is always difficult to know what to pair with any high wasted piece but I thought these Kova & T leather shorts paired with the Opening Ceremony flowy, cropped type of top did it justice. I tried to dress the look up with some chunky costume style jewelry that Fenton Fallon does so well. To top off the look the leopard booties from the Office in London and Chanel bag funk it up and make it youthful yet classic.

Merry Christmas!!!

Merry Christmas my dears!!!!
I hope you are all nice and warm somewhere with all of your friends and families. During the holidays I feel like everyone is always scrounging around trying to find the best gift for the host of a party.  I have found over the years that nothing is better than something from one’s own kitchen. My mom has been making this dessert for years now and while it is soooo good it is also soooo easy to make! All it is is 3 ingredients! semi sweet chocolate chips, crunchy (or smooth) peanut butter, and mini marshmallows.

Directions:
1. Use a plastic bowl and spray it with Pam. Then put 4 cups of chocolate bits in it and melt them in the microwave.
2.  Stir the chocolate chips so that it is a smooth consistency. Then add 1 cup of crunchy peanut butter and stir.
3. Add the marshmallows and fold them into the chocolate/peanut butter mixture until the marshmallows are fully coated.
4. Spray a 13″ x 9″ pan with Pam. Pour in the mixture and refrigerate until hard.
5.  Cut into pieces, however big or little you prefer. We have found that using a pizza cutter is the best tool!
6. Serve and ENJOY!!!!

14 Days of Fashion: Day 11

Hey everyone!
This look is near and dear to my heart because it is all from my Whitney Eve Spring 2010 collection. I paired this outfit with Lanvin heels. I wore this the day of my spring fashion show at Bryant Park. It was so super comfortable, mixing satin and wool is a great mix for warmth and comfort.
