I do hope Louise gets in, I’ve seen her in other shows, and I just think she has such a great fashion sense! And it’s also a bonus seeing Olivia finally getting fired since she doesn’t actually do ANYTHING for Elle. I also wanted to give you some support, I mean, I totally agree with everything Kelly said at the end of th episode: you should take a moment to feel down, and then you should realize that your fortunate enough to have them actually LOOKING at your designs. Hopefully they will keep looking and you will transform their no’s into YES’s. I still think you are amazing though… I hoped that in my country we had those fashion opportunities, like in magazines and stuff, because I am soo interested in fashion. xoxo, Rita

You just have to look at the great side of things when it comes down to critism. I think the look that you are trying to get out there is not the same at all, it’s unique in every way. I love the collection, I think it’s beautiful but I know you will do ever better on your next. As for Olivia, honestly there are no words to describe what I feel about the way she treats people. She thinks that she is above everyone and it’s not going to get her anywhere in life. I would just ignore her and do your own thing, because clearly you don’t need a person like that in your life. Very immaturely and not respectfully I might add. It’s funny how things come around full circle because we all remember how she took credit for the look for Elle previously. And it’s odd how everyone must know this but yet she was still hired for Elle. Just odd to me. But anyways she can’t act the way she does and not expect consequences down the road. I loved Erin’s face in this last episode when she smirked after speaking with Olivia at their desks at Elle. That was awesome! Love Erin!! Okay just wanted to vent and Whitney you rock girl! Keep up the good work! I can’t see any talent in olivia, being able to dress nice doesn’t make you qualified for a job in fashion. you work hard and that has always been obvious even since your hills days, your humble and very talented. stay focused on your goals and stay strong, your doing incredible considering how long you’ve been working in fashion, your stuff is amazing and beautiful, the patterns and colours, its so unique and feminine and so you! keep up the great work and keep your head up when things get challenging, your in this for the long haul and i think your gonna have an amazing career ahead of you, x

Jessica |  Posted at 8:34 am Jun 21st by I just saw those comments above, stemming from the ‘entitlement’ comment, whit never ‘expected’ olivia to support her at all. olivia was required by her job to attend a meeting and didn’t so that was unprofessional and also going out of her way to be UNsupportive, theres a difference! where you come from, entitlement or otherwise, is one thing but how you choose to approach your life, when your out on your own is what matters. olivia has been awarded an opportunity of a lifetime in the fashion industry and how shes behaved throughout has made it quite evident how grateful she is for an opportunity like this, she has been called up on several issues by her bosses, not to mention not been able to work with erin, when your new there she be no question of ‘getting on’ with a superior! when anyone tries to confront her about unacceptable behavior on her part she cannot support herself at all! and girls mtv can only edit so far, the truth of a situation cannot be hidden, even behind the magic of the reality show editing room! personally i hate to see olivia behaving the way she does she has come out the wrong end of a privileged upbringing, spoilt and disillusioned about the way the world works! whitney is a much better role model, shes a real girl who has WORKED her way up and made the most of her opportunities, she’ll go far i know it!
