Wow! So last night I went to see Katy Perry’s Part of Me and I must admit, she got me. While I have always loved her music (Firework has always been my favorite) I came out of the movie with more admiration and respect than I would have imagined. There is always a lot of glitz and glamour surrounding women like her but it was so refreshing and inspiring to see not only the hard work and dedication she possessed but the love and respect for her fans. She inspires so many out there to be who they are, own their identity, embrace it and love it. She now has inspired me.
