This past weekend I tried Soul Cycle, a class that’s very similar to other cycling classes except that you ride with dimmed lights and candles. It was my first time, but I had such a blast! It is basically a dance party on your bike in the dark! I was decked out from head to toe in my favorite Nike attire, including my neon green-speckled pants — perfect for a dance party! xoxo, Whit
