Today marks the fourth day of Hanukkah, and one of my favorite things to make during the holiday are latkes. Traditionally made of potatoes, flour and eggs, latkes are simple to make and can be easily dressed up with many different ingredients. I might experiment this year, though, with some of these newer takes on latkes below. Which one will you try?
