My last night in Cabo we ventured into town and had a delicious meal at Mi Casa. We were all a bit confused when we saw a canary being carried around the restaurant. Turns out you tell the bird your name and he/she picks a fortune from you from a deck of papers. This is where the saying “A little birdie told me…” comes from! Who knew! Now, it all makes sense.
As the canary picked fortunes for the five of us, we were in shock! Each fortune was so spot on it was almost scary!
