Hey guys,
Eating healthy and staying fit is always on my list of things to do so this week I got myself back to the gym. It had been weeeeeeks since I had been! You know when that happens? When you get into a slump and don’t workout and can’t get yourself to go? I find that it’s hard to get yourself to go, but once you get that first workout in, then I can get back into the swing of things.
My favorite go-to workout gear is Asics running shoes, Victoria’s Secret sports bras, and Alternative Apparel tees and sweats/shorts. Add any if not all of these items to your gym outfit and you will be soo comfortable!
