WHITNEY EVE SPRING COLLECTION, 2009

Here's a pic that I took of myself on the way to the Vanity Fair pre-Oscar luncheon at Diane von Furstenberg's Beverly Hills home.  It was such a beautiful affair and I was so excited to have been invited!!!

Hey guys.  These are my go-to songs when I'm walking on the treadmill or outside!  Unfortunately it is too cold out in New York right now to walk outside, but come Spring I will be singing and walking along merrily to these tunes!

I try to make it to the gym about three times a week -- some walking and weights is my strategy.  A good push-up and sit-up never hurts either... ;)

What do you guys think of my glasses???  I know, they're pretty funny -- I've actually been getting really bad headaches lately so I have to wear them.  Anyway, here's my playlist!

Workout Playlist

  1. Cold Shoulder - Adele
  2. All the Way Around - Ali Lohan
  3. Nantes - Beirut (good for cooling down)
  4. Hello by Beyonce
  5. Right Here (departed) - Brandy
  6. Circus - Britney Spears
  7. Mouthwash - Kate Nash
  8. Use Somebody - Kings of Leon
  9. Naive - The Kooks
  10. Let the Beat Build - Lil Wayne
  11. Heartbreaker - Mariah Carey
  12. Electric Feel - MGMT
  13. Black or White - Michael Jackson
  14. We Break the Dawn - Michelle Williams
  15. Miss Independent - Ne-Yo
  16. Hypnotize - Notorious B.I.G.
  17. Sexy Can I - Ray J
  18. Lights Out - Santogold
  19. Get Me Started - Steph Jones
  20. Everything to Me - Tamarama
  21. Top of the World - Pussycat Dolls

What are your favorite songs to work out to?

Hey guys!  I don't know how many of you got a chance to watch, but Tuesday night I was on Jimmy Kimmel Live!  I love Jimmy Kimmel and think he's hilarious so I was really excited, not to mention flattered, to have the opportunity to be a guest on his show.

My parents and my sister Ashley came to support me which was amazing -- I really cherish the time I get to spend with them now that I live 3000 miles away.  Here are a few photos we took by the dressing room after the show.  My mom actually made me take the label with my name on it so she could keep it as a souvenir!!!  She's too funny!

I've included a clip of my interview on the show so that those of you who didn't catch the show can see what you missed.

Watch it HERE!

As I said in the video, red carpet fashion is such a huge part of the Oscars for me!  I absolutely love seeing what everyone is wearing.  I am always really excited to see what Kate Winslet wears, as well as Cate Blanchett -- her style is always classic and elegant. Gwyneth Paltrow is also a favorite of mine, and Eva Mendes mixes such great feminine pieces with a bit of edge.

Last but not least, as newcomers in the acting world, Kerry Washington and Freida Pinto are always willing to make bold fashion statements and I admire them for that!

So I've filled you in on what I'll be doing and my favorite red carpet fashion icons, now click HERE to see my Oscar picks!
