To My Father on Father’s Day,
When you truly love someone it is impossible to explain in words what that love is made of. I can only attempt to explain how you have impacted my life:

Though I am sure you have wanted to catch me before I fall, you have allowed me to learn by experience and instead picked me up, brushed me off and gave me the will to try again. Though you have wanted to keep me from making mistakes, you have given me the power to find my own way and build strength through strife. Your belief in me is the greatest gift you could ever give. Loving my mom ties with that. Thank you for showing me what true love looks like. You are my best friend, my hero, but most importantly, you are my father, my daddy! I love you.
