Taryn Manning in Whitney Eve!!!

Hi guys,
It's so cool to see that out of all the designers available for a celebrity to wear on a red carpet someone would choose my line, Whitney Eve! Taryn Manning, who was in 8 Mile and Crossroads, wore my champagne jacket with bow belt on the red carpet for the Katy Perry/Samsung party a few nights ago! Also look for her soon in LAX magazine cause she wore Whitney Eve for that too!! How cute does she look?!? Yayyy. Thanks Taryn!!

Catch a Glimpse of my Fashion Show!!!

Hi guys! Fashion Week has been unbelievable and my show was definitely the highlight for me :) I devoted every ounce of my being to the planning of it and there's no greater feeling than seeing all of your hard work pay off! It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.

Pics from the Whitney Eve Fashion Show :)

Yesterday was probably the most nerve-wracking yet thrilling day of my life!!! I had my first ever fashion show for my clothing line, Whitney Eve, not to mention that it was during New York Fashion Week! I swear I couldn't breathe from the time I started preparing for the show until the last model walked.

My entire family and all of my friends came in for the show and I feel so blessed to have such an incredible support system always behind me!

Thank you so much to everyone who helped to make my dream a reality. I'm still on cloud nine haha. I am so truly grateful for the opportunities I've been given and I could never have done any of this without you guys.

Whitney Eve Hits Fashion Week!

Today is a HUGE day for me! The Whitney Eve Spring 2010 line is debuting on the runway at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week!!!!!!!

I've devoted all of my time to preparing for this moment and I can't believe it's finally here. I'm so grateful to have been given this incredible opportunity and I truly feel like the luckiest girl in the world!!!

The show is this afternoon and I'm both nervous and excited, but mostly excited :) Wish me luck everyone!!!!!!!

What Do You Think of these Samples from my Holiday Line???

Hi guys. I'm currently in the process of preparing for our big editors day next Tuesday in New York! Editors from different magazines will be coming to preview the Fall/Holiday collection at the Sue Goodman showroom so we're putting all the finishing touches and final alterations on the pieces that will be displayed.

I'm so excited but really nervous too!

I love getting feedback from all of you so I've included photos of two of the pieces that will be previewed next week. What do you guys think? Are the lengths okay? And how about the colors???? Looking forward to hearing all of your ideas :)

New Top Style for My Holiday 2009 Line

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share this new top style for the Whitney Eve Holiday 2009 line!!! The pics were taken at my pattern maker Margaret's studio in downtown LA while I was home for the MTV Movie Awards this past week.

It's a fun, flirty and comfortable top to wear in a knit for a more casual vibe, while the glitzy print makes it work for the festive holiday look as well.

What do you guys think of the top??? I would love to get your feedback!

Check Out the Whitney Eve Fall '09 Line!

Hey! So here is the look book for my fall '09 collection!!! We shot it at the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica, and though I wanted a New York vibe, we did the best we could considering the samples were finished basically the day before the shoot!!!

I think the collection reflects my fresh New York angle mixed with my easy, comfortable aesthetic of Los Angeles. The collection is fresh, fun, flirty and sophisticated! Or at least I'd like to think it is :)

Sneak Peak at the Whitney Eve Fall Line!

Over the weekend I did a photo shoot for the look book for the Whitney Eve Fall/Holiday line. I took a few photos on my phone so that you guys could have a little preview of what's to come. It's definitely different from my Spring line, but I was going for an entirely new style for the season.

Already Getting Started on My Summer and Fall 2009 Collections ~ So Excited!

A few days ago I met with my MARVELOUS pattern maker Margaret. We are working on 10 additional pieces for the Whitney Eve Summer 2009 and Fall/ Holiday 2009 collections. I have played a lot with incorporating menswear into feminine pieces -- adding lace, ruffles and bows make the pieces powerful yet girly at the same time!

I'll keep all of you up to date on the collections' progress.

You Will Soon Be Able to Purchase From the Whitney Eve Spring 2009 Collection!

I know a lot of you have been asking where you can purchase items from my Spring 2009 line so I just wanted to let all of you know that beginning in January or February, the clothing will become available worldwide online through the Whitney Eve online store which I will provide a link to on this site, so keep an eye out!!!

As for the Fall/Holiday 2008 line -- the clothing is being shipped to various Nordstroms this week and the items will be in their stores before the Holidays! I hope you all get the chance to stop by a Nordstrom and check out my collection. If you do, please let me know what you think!
