Last night at the CFDAs I ran into Diane von Furstenberg. It was a dream come true to work with her on The City and it was sooo amazing to be a part of what DVF has devoted so much of her career to. She is such an empowering woman in every realm. Because of women like her, young designers like me are given a chance to express their individuality through the art of fashion. It was an honor to be able to chat with her for a second last night and I will always look up to her.
