Hi my dears,
I recently have become a huge fan of this new juice store in LA called Pressed Juicery. At Pressed, all of their juices are made on the highest quality juice press that exists. The hydraulic press is able to extract every ounce of juice that the fruit or vegetable could possibly yield! What you are left with is a smooth juice that contains the maximum amount of nutrition. I have been drinking at least one a day, sometimes 2, they are just so fresh and delicious. And there are so many flavors to choose from!
Paigey and I were talking about getting healthy and after doing a lot of research and talking to a lot of people we decided that we wanted to try Pressed’s most basic Juice Cleanse — 6 juices a day for 3 days! I know some of you may think this is crazy, but we are going to try it and see how it goes! I have been putting a lot of unhealthy things in my body recently, i.e. overeating peanut brittle, chips and dip, wine, etc, and have been feeling tired and sluggish all the time. To us it is not about losing weight or trying the newest fad, but about being healthy and detoxifying our bodies.
So here it goes, I just finished drinking my first juice of the day as I typed this. 1 down 5 to go for today! If you are interested in finding out more information about this check out Pressed’s website www.pressedjuicery.com/ . I will be blogging about my experience so check back for updates!
Have you ever tried a juice cleanse? If so, how was it??????
xoxo,
Whit

I love juice cleansing too!! You should also try
http://www.redcarpetcleanses.com that is who Jennifer Anniston orders from they are in East LA and deliver to your door step….sooooooo good!!
Be careful on these schemes. Your body needs 3 squares a day altho I cant deny you look fantastic. We’ll have to check back with you after you’ve had a couple of kids and you’re in your 40′s. Easy when you’re rich and live in Hollywood and you can afford these expensive fancy things, not so easy when you’re a normal person. Good luck tho
I did a cleanse before. I just tried to stay busy so I wouldn’t think about how much I wanted to chew the food…it was hardest at night. I did mine for 5 days though, so I think 3 days would’ve been way more managable. Good Luck! Stick in there and you will feel good/accomplished that you finished it. Also, I reccommend Gillian McKeith’s book. Its my food bible! :)
The health department gave them a NOTICE OF CLOSURE http://tiny.cc/i2heq but they are claiming they are closed in order to expand… just thought you might want to know.
