Over the weekend I had the pleasure of receiving some of Sweet E’s Bake Shop’s cake pops! I love this idea! It is small enough to eat in a few bites but big enough to satisfy your sweet tooth! The thing that is so great about these is that they are packaged so they can stay fresh for two weeks! Erica, the owner and baker at Sweet E’s, says that these are her shippable cupcake! Just wanted to congratulate you on your fabulous display of awesome cupcakes. I think that the judges really missed doing their job because they overlooked your ability to follow the theme in your selection of cupcake frostings and centerpiece.
Often number two comes out ahead. I bet there are many who will be calling you for your catering expertise who also thought your beautiful display was the best. Your talent is outstanding!
