Happy Earth day everyone! It's SO nice to have a whole day to reflect on how beautiful our planet is! We often take advantage of our pleasant surroundings, but today you guys should all get outside and enjoy the fresh air and the sunshine. Walk your dog a few extra times, make some lemonade, roll down the windows, eat lunch outside: all of these activities will totally brighten your mood! It's easy to forget the benefits of getting at LEAST 20 minutes of sunlight everyday. Vitamin D people! Don't forget to be mindful of our resources too. Conserve and do your part to keep the air clean by taking small measures such as recycling, walking or riding your bike, and watching your water usage.

We actually have today off on my campus to celebrate all of our student's academic and research projects. It is such a beautiful day to see everyone showing off their hard work and to just relax in the warm sun. It is a well-deserved break!
I mean what not to celebrate! I love the earth, I truely do! unfurtunately I've got a cold but that didn't stop me from sitting outside with a blanket and a large cup of tea here on my little island! By the way I must say that you seems to be such a great person - keep it up / Hilda from Öland, Sweden
recycling, sitting outside enjoying the fresh air, and protesting the coal burning power plant that is being built near my city! go green! :)
I taught my students about recycling and took them outside to clean up the school!! :) So pretty today!
im littering as much as possible. also planning to pour about 40 bottles of fiji water down the drain then throw each of them somewhere in the woods- definitely gonna e fun walking through those woods and enjoying the nature, like you said :) right before it find a nice big frog pond to deposit my old styrofoam takeout containers. also gonna take a bike ride!!! yay for earth!!!
I worked with kids to make an Earth Day mural and educated people at work about earth friendly products.

For Earth Day I went for a short walk during my lunch break and was actually given a tiny Cactus plant. So I spent the rest of the researching how to take care of it. LOL! Yes, it sounds silly I know but I don't have much of a green thumb.
