all i have to say is WOW! This is amazing. I love and want each and every peice. You are going to make it even bigger Whitney, you were meant for this industry. You don't even need "the City" to promote yourself. Your work defines perfection. You should not be working under DVF, you are a self proclaimed artist. I wish I could see Olivia's face right now... lol ;) I actually went to LA a week ago on vacation and could not find your line anywhere! I hope to buy it online soon - be sure to ship to Canada!

I like the collection, simplistic yet it has that whole too cool LA\NYC aesthetic vibe going on, yes I wish it was more affordable, and I think “Whitney Eve” has individuality and you will have longevity in the business of fashion, love the models too. Good job you made it, and there is an obvious distinction between you and Lauren’s clothing.

THIS IS AMAZING!

This is fantastic. In reference to the introduction, you definitely followed through on the goals that you set forth for the line. The design is mostly very chic. Very N.Y.C, but the natural make-up & care free hair & the overall fit of the clothing was representative of L.A. I love all of the designs on set 4. I love how the model wears the gown sans jewelry. Excellent job. I would also like to see the look on Olivia's face!

I'm not a fan...why would someone want to buy a piece that looks like it was worn at an 80's prom? Your pieces might look great on skinny hipsters but not on women with hips. Part of DVF's accessibility are pieces that transcend weights and shapes. Until you approach your work from that perspective you won't find fashion success.

I admire you and your show, but I am unimpressed by your pieces so far. Keep on trying...

Your first collection was amazing--what happened?? Its too bad--some of us actually believed that you were a designer (and lived in NYC and worked for DVF) However...these are all false. You are an imposture!!! Try doing something you don't have to pay other people to do just so you can put your name on it.

I am so inlove with your works. It's definitely a mix of classic and fun clothes. I love all the photographs but my favorite is the black long sleeved dress. It is fabulous.

OMG, the last picture on the 4th page page looks exactly like a black and gold Marchesa dress Miley Cyrus once wore, except this is pink and grey. Be more original!!! It's such a copy!!!!!!!

as far as the clothes, some are cute (i love the stripped strapless dress), but who are you selling to. the designs are not inherently flattering to even a models body ... how is any normal person supposed to pull them off?

amazing. you should be proud! bookmarking this pg as i am a stylist and will need to refer to it surely. pls. keep us all (eps me) posted on what is new and where to buy so i don't have to google high and low. signed up for emails under the shop link, but honestly, bravo!! from one artist to another! you're a star! totally see the NY-eque-ness here-- it's all very rich in texture and luxuriousness but that is fall naturally. love how you always honour vintage looks too.... keep staying true to your vision which will evolve. still love the spring line too. your doing great. so original i want it all. is it avail in dept stores in NY or in the SoutEast as of yet?

You take on fashion is so unique, it is quite amazing. No matter what you wear, you always look stunning. This line is a fabulous reflection of your own styler with a twist of vintage-luxury. I absolutely love it! This is quite an accomplishment and I hope you go far!

PS: Sometime down the road you should consider making a fashionable but more affordable line!

You Suck!! You have no original ideas---unless you steal them from those who are truly talented. You are not a clothing designer just because the producer at MTV tells you you are. The only thing about you that is unique is that you have the balls to blatently copy other people's designs. (for the record--this is NOT something to be proud of.)

Sorry to say but the people with the negative comments are true. Your designs are something that aren't marketable to people all over the country. They don't even look good on the model. To be in the fashion industry you have to make something different, new and refreshing. The dress with two different fabrics (overlapping)has already been done by other designers.

I really like the white blazer with the black bow belt, and the other blazer with the gold and black braid stitching. Those are definitely elegant and classic!

I liked all clothing pieces even if I did found a few favorites. Your fall collection look simple and uncomplicated - which I like. I basically like the whole collection, but my favorite pieces are the 2 look, 4th loo, 9th look and 11th look. Those looks are clothes that I can see myself wear and be proud of.

I am so passioned about the fashion industry. I would basically like to work with public PR and to prepare the models before the fashion shows (like picking the looks ..) I would also like to do covers like you did. How do I do this? Do I have to go to a college like FIDM, or can I apply for a job in fashion magazines and the designer without any experience what so ever? I would so happy if you wrote an answer on that question!

Wow this stuff is beautiful and wearable. Most high fashion lines today have really wacky stuff meant only for runways. These designs are totally practical and wearable for the bar, work or any day! Keep up the great work Whit!xo

Whitney! I LOVE your line! You did such a great job this is way better than Lauren's, even though I love her too! but seriously the silver patterned wrap skirt with black top... stunningg and SO wearable!

I love everything! especially the black dress with the colored stripes. I would love to own that dress! It's all amazing!

In comparison to Lauren Conrad's "fashion" line, your line was a 10. My favorite would have to be that pencil skirt, i love the layers.

Good job overall, 7/10.
I'd love to see more creativity though, not meaning that you don't illustrate any here, but just some crazy out of this world creativity would be amazing to show off your ability even more, and to be able to compare with designers like Channel; I understand if that is difficult to make as you are trying to sell these clothes to people and not a runway show, but still I would love to see some out of this world creativity.

I grew up in Orange County and moved to Calabasas shortly thereafter; upon graduating from Marymount, I attended UCLA (I was a Kappa with Lauren). I recently moved to Palm Beach with a sorority sister, who, coincidentally, worked at People's Revolution (!!). The next time you photograph a collection, the emphasis MUST be on the clothes, not the model. If you go back and look at the photos, they are very editorial in their look. I suggest that next time, you opt for something much simpler so the potential buyer can actually see how the clothes hang naturally. I wish you much success!
