i absolutely LOVED your romper dress you wore to have lunch with alex..i've seen some johnson pieces around but i have yet to find that dress, it was so so sooo cute i fell in love with it :)

After just moving home to Canada from living in NYC for 2 years it is a different change no matter where you come from! I applaud you on taking the risk/chance of a lifetime! Enjoy EVERY minute because NY minutes seem to go faster!

Don't get bogged down with the "uptown" vs "downtown thing. You usually all end up meeting midtown anyways as that is where some of the best restaurants are!
